Awaiting unabridged birth certifcate since July 2013 - Unabridged birth certificate


In July 2013 I applied for my sons unabridged birth certificate ( ID: 7512080390088), today its the 18th of June 2015 and I still don't have the certificate. I have been given case numbers with the latest being ( 1505059286) and when I call I'm told its still being processed.

So Please tell me how am I suppose to travel with my child with this level on incompetence. Even the school thinks I'm making up excuses by not bringing this through??
